These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Solunion to customers in Switzerland and internationally.

2. Services

We provide:

• Modular exhibition systems

• Custom exhibition projects

• Event-specific exhibition packages

• Logistics and transport services

• Installation and dismantling services

• Storage services

• Graphic design and print services

The scope of services is defined in the respective offer, order confirmation, or product description.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in CHF unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of VAT unless indicated.

Prices for exhibition packages vary depending on booth size and event conditions.

Additional services or custom requirements may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the respective offer or invoice.

We reserve the right to require advance payment for certain services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate event details

Ensuring venue access permissions

Complying with exhibition regulations

Providing correct artwork files and specifications

6. Transport & Logistics

Delivery times depend on venue conditions and logistics arrangements.

Customs duties, import taxes and related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

7. Storage

Solunion is not liable for damage resulting from improper packaging provided by the customer.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the project stage and contractual agreement.

Costs incurred prior to cancellation may be charged to the customer.

9. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Solunion, Switzerland.
